The approach

I guide people through their own bodies.

From a young age we are taught not to complain about pains and aches in ourselves, and to just get on with it. As a yoga teacher I look at movement — and the lack of it. I am a specialist in helping people feel themselves. Yes, you are always in your body. But most of us are surprisingly unaware of how it actually functions.

A one-to-one session to understand your stresses.

Each colleague begins with a private intake. We map where stress is sitting in the body, what triggers it, and how it shows up day to day. A safe space to express how you actually feel.

We meet weekly with up to ten colleagues per group. Easy-to-follow exercises that unstick the body, release accumulated tension and rebuild a real working relationship with movement.
